If you see alert messages on your smartphone indicating that your inPulse is not connected:
- If you wish to disable inPulse notifications temporarily, open the inPulse app and set "Toggle Notifications" to OFF. The red inPulse icon will turn black (BlackBerry) or gray (Android).
- Otherwise, reconnect your inPulse. See troubleshooting tips for connecting your smartphone to your inPulse.
