http://www.getinpulse.com/apps/analog_clock/

This app will show an analog clock screen. We've written simple python tools to allow you to quickly and easily create your very own watch face! All you need are two watchhand images. Our script will do the rest, or you can modify the (open-source) scripts to design your own watch style.

Check out the Watchface tutorial and get started creating your own custom wristwatch in no time!

Edit: fix documentation error

I don't see any mention of the background image. It doesn't seem to be generated when running the rotate script and I don't see any resources pertaining to it. I see the void watch_background() function, but that seems to just draw a grid of points. Thanks!

Documentation error.

There is no background image. The script rotates the watch hands and some white minute markers are drawn manually using code.

A background image could be used, but that isn't described in the tutorial. Thanks for pointing this out. I'll fix the documentation.

Is it a fairly easy fix? I am trying to get one ready before pubcon.

Hey P3R3,

Having your won background is definitely possible. What you will have to do, is create a background the size of the screen (96 x 128), and include that in the resource pack, that will be sent off to the watch. Now, on the code side, you will have to basically replace all the code in the watch_background() with:
pulse_draw_image(PulseResource image, uint8_t x, uint8_t y);

where image would be the name of the image as given in the resource pack, and x and y would be 0.

I can't see anywhere else where you would have to fudge or change anything. Either way, my email is alex AT allerta.ca, so you can send me an email fi ti's easier for you, or we can continue this on the forum, here, so that others could find it if they need the information.
