Firmware update
I have tried to follow these instructions on the quickstart guide like 20 times now and I keep getting the same results. Watch is connected and ready for firmware update but during the download and install of the firmware it loses its connection to the device and I'm stuck at square one. Why not create a way to update the firmware through the micro USB connecting to the computer? I mean why ship the watch with old firmware on it when you have updated? I am very unhappy with my experiance with this watch so far and I'm sad because I was looking forward to using this very much so.
We believe that there is a hardware failure with your watch. We will be replacing it.
