Check your permissions. In the inPulseBB app, click Troubleshooting, then View permissions. If any permissions give errors, go to the Blackberry Options menu -> Applications -> inPulseBB and make sure that all permissions are set to 'Allow'.

Make sure that your email accounts are showing up under inPulseBB -> Notifications -> Email. If any of your accounts are not showing up, delete the inPulseBB app (BB options -> Applications -> inPulseBB, delete) and reinstall the app from http://www.getinpulse.com/beta, then perform a hard reboot.
