If you are having trouble installing apps on your inPulse, or apps take more than 30 minutes to install:
- Make sure your smartphone is connected to the Internet through Wi-Fi or a wireless data connection.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the inPulse smartphone app installed.
- Make sure your smartphone is connected to your inPulse ("If you are having trouble connecting..." above)
- Try putting your inPulse into factory/recovery mode before starting the app installation. Hold down the button until you see "Loading..." on the screen. In particular, this may be necessary if your inPulse has a third party app installed and you have a BlackBerry OS 7 device.
