inPulse battery drains quickly

If your inPulse's battery lasts significantly less than one day:
  • Note that "Display Clock on Sleep" (Visual Settings > Display and Power Settings) will cause higher than normal battery drain. Try the low power clock or turning off clock display to extend battery life.
  • If you have an Android device, ensure your inPulse is running Notification App 3.9 or later.
  • If you have a BlackBerry OS 7 device, ensure your inPulse is running Notification App 3.9.4 or later.
  • If your inPulse displays a Bluetooth icon all the time, try resetting your inPulse by holding the button until it vibrates.
  • If low battery life persists, please contact inPulse support.
