inPulse battery drains quickly

If your inPulse's battery lasts significantly less than one day:

Note that "Display Clock on Sleep" (Visual Settings > Display and Power Settings) will cause higher than normal battery drain. Try the low power clock or turning off clock display to extend battery life.

If you have an Android device, ensure your inPulse is running Notification App 3.9 or later.

If you have a BlackBerry OS 7 device, ensure your inPulse is running Notification App 3.9.4 or later.

If your inPulse displays a Bluetooth icon all the time, try resetting your inPulse by holding the button until it vibrates.

If low battery life persists, please contact inPulse support.
