Smartphone disconnects from inPulse

If your smartphone disconnects from your inPulse:
  • Try sending a test notification (from the Troubleshooting menu). This will trigger the smartphone app to reconnect to your inPulse.
  • If this happens frequently, please contact inPulse support.
