If notifications don't appear on your inPulse:
- Does a crossed-out Bluetooth symbol appear on your inPulse? If so, it is not connected to your smartphone. Make sure your watch is paired with your phone and relaunch the inPulse app.
- Make sure "Toggle Notifications" is set to ON. You will see a red inPulse icon in the title bar at the top of your smartphone's screen.
- Make sure your desired notification types are configured correctly (to an alert type other than "Don't Send") in the Notification Settings menu.
- Try sending a test notification (from the Troubleshooting menu).
- If you are using an app other than the Default Notification App, note that other apps support vibration only, not visual notifications. Reinstall the Notification App for text/visual notifications.
- (on a BlackBerry) Make sure permissions are set correctly for the BlackBerry application. Select "View Permissions" from the Troubleshooting menu.
