Pulse SDK Version 1.0.3 (Feb 24, 2011)
- Updated L2CAPServer and python firmware flashing scripts to be more robust (and try reconnection on error)

- changed L2CAPServer_win to L2CAPServer in /tools
- documentation online has been updated to reflect the change
- fixed a couple documentation issues

- fixed config error: Ping Stat python app couldn't run
