 Post subject: struct pulse_time_tm documentation

While working on the world clock app I noticed a few places where the population of struct pulse_time_tm doesn't seem to match what's described in the pulse_types.h comments:

  • tm_year is (year - 1900), not the full year
  • tm_wday counts from 1, not 0
  • tm_yday also counts from 1
