I cant seem to get the watch to communicate with with my samsung captivate phone and openwatch. "Watch disconnected keeps flashing on the screen of my phone. The watch and the phone are paired and the correct MAC address has been entered into the phone still no luck. The notification app has been installed correctly on the watch. Has anybody else run into this problem?

did you manually type in the MAC address or let it auto detect it? from what I have seen you need to manually type in the mac address and use ":" not "-"

Ah right, it may have something to do with the actual Bluetooth chipset being used in Samsung phones.
Guess we need to speed up our RFCOMM adoption!

@killerturtle and Openwatch works well with the Samsung Intercept? Interesting.
@serves Are you seeing the exact same error with HTC Inspire? "watch disconnected"?

Openwatch works fine, and it comes up saying the watch is disconnected, but I haven't received my watch yet, so I haven't been able to test it yet. I'm hoping it works or this is gonna sux. But my wife is at the point where she can get a free upgrade so I may get a new phone if that's the case.
