Got my new watch this afternoon. Unboxed it, plugged it into my MacBookPro for a few hours. Push the button, no life. Hold the button in for various lengths of time up to a minute; no life. I don't have a proper sized screwdriver to take the back off to see if the battery is seated properly, but so far no joy. Any advice on things to try since it appears my watch is dead on arrival...

Going to let it charge overnight on a wall-plug USB charger just to make sure then I'll e-mail them if it still doesn't work.

@Craig - the watch takes about 30 minutes to 40 minutes for full charge. I'd send the E-mail to [email protected] and get that puppy exchanged IMHO!

After charging for a while I was able to read 4.17V across the battery (when disconnected from USB) so I guess the battery is charging okay from USB. Guess something else is wrong.

I have to use my "backup camera" and really check my mirrors when backing out of my driveway 'cause Eric and Jon back their product so well, I COULD RUN THEM OVER!!! (ok admit it, you chuckled a little...) Welcome to the obsession that is InPulse...
