to test the battery life, i charged and left the watch (no bt connection or key presses, sw version 3.8.7) two times and my watch info says my battery lasted for 28 hours.

is this normal as the web page says "up to 4 days" ?

Did you leave it with the time being displayed on screen?

If you choose to install a clock face which is shown only on button-press, then the battery will last longer.

it was the original firmware so yes, time was displayed all the time.

Yep most inPulse apps do not display the time until you press the button and this because of the short battery life. If you don't show the time, you should be able to get about 3-4 days of battery life. In all honesty, the default app truly shouldn't have shown the time. Every smart watch user knows they typically have to press a button to get the time.
