Timeout loading new firmware/notification app?

Hi All,

This look familiar to anyone?

Just a shot in the dark, but did you remember to run java -d32 -jar ./tools/L2CAPServer/L2CAPServer.jar ? Did you pass the correct bluetooth address to compileandrun?

Also, for me the bluetooth connection doesn't always work: sometimes I have to try several times.

Thanks for takin' a shot number3 ;-)

I thought about stating I was on Linux (hence no need for L2CAPServer.jar), but wasn't sure it was relevant.
It would connect and start the transfer, each time getting further and further, but then timeout.

Finally got everything transferred, I'm not sure if laying my watch down on my netbook helped or not, but it seemed to help.

I always lay my watch right next to my netbooks bluetooth adaptor, the closer the devices the less cahnce of interference from other home electronic devices. Also, I would suggest you turn bluetooth off on your phone, so it's not trying to communicate with the watch during the uploading.
