I am using OpenWatch on Android (2.3 on Google Nexus S BTW).
Aside from some trouble getting my work exchange email account working via K-9 things have gone ok. My question is that it seems that OpenWatch doesn't send a notification to the watch for emails all the time. Also, sometimes it sends two notifications for the same email.
Are there some tips/tricks I should be aware of? Is there some weird heuristic they use to not send an update if one was recently sent? Anyone else see the double alerts?

I had the double notifications too. I don't use K-9, so no help there.

I get a notification for a call every like .5 seconds until I answer the call. so sometimes I get like 20 notifications.
I don't get double email notifications, but just downloaded K9, and will set it up and see what I get.

Did you enable system notifications? That might be the source of doubled notifications.
