I'm really considering getting an inPulse, but before I do, how reliable is the BT connection to say, an Atrix 4g? I had another product which disconnected constantly. What I expect from it is SMS/email/caller ID push notifications. Do these work well? The last thing I see is the battery life for Android is 6-7 hours. I can live with that, as long as the watch will charge via USB lighter chargers (5.5v @ 500mA-700mA). Thanks in advance! |

Should charge just fine, as I also use a USB battery pack that recharges devies, and it puts out 500mA. As for the Atrix, it was reported as fully working using openwatch 1.5.0. Here is the compatibility list of what has been confirmed as working and what has been confirmed as not working. http://www.getinpulse.com/hack/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=165 |

Thanks! I saw that list, but I was hoping to hear from some actual users as to the reliability of the connection. Is it fiddly? Does it disconnect? How does it do when you go out of range of the phone? Does it reconnect without issue? The other product I owned rarely worked, and it was supported from a 1st party perspective. Thanks again for your reply! |

@mrpuzzl3 The connection's been pretty solid for me. Reconnects in a timely manner. The connection between my netbook and the watch is kinda touchy, but between phone & watch, pretty excellent. |
